　　近日，欧盟委员会发布消息称，已结束反补贴调查，决定对从中国进口的电动汽车(BEV)征收为期五年的最终反补贴税。这一举措引发广泛争议。

　　在接受中国新闻网采访时，德国联邦经济发展和对外贸易协会主席米夏埃尔·舒曼(Michael Schumann)表示，在对华贸易方面，欧盟应通过对话和谈判寻求平衡，避免将经济关系政治化，使之沦为某种政治武器。

　　他指出，开放市场对欧洲和中国都有利，而当前的全球局势更需双方达成合作。欧洲应借鉴中国的市场运营及开放经验。他呼吁欧盟增加投资和就业，同时保持与中国的良好合作，保障经济增长与市场稳定。(记者 陈天浩)
